a free pdf editing software-- i use this primarily to convert PDF scans of my zines to PNG format to use on my site, but you can do a ton of other stuff with it too

electric zine maker

a free zine making software-- size and place your own images, generate text, use the paint tool, and more! when you're done, you can convert your zine into a print-ready document :) this is an awesome tool with a ton of different unique features, and the UI kinda reminds me of kid pix LOL
